Welcome to My Loverse. This Privacy Policy explains how MINDZEN AI collects, stores, uses, discloses, and protects information through the My Loverse mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
My Loverse offers interactive story and AI companion experiences based on text, image, voice, video, and related communications. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.
We may collect the following categories of information depending on how you use the Services.
1.1.1 Account information may include your email address, login method, user ID, and password where applicable.

Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or retain your full payment card information.
1.2.1 Device and network data may include operating system version, device model, unique device identifiers, IP address, browser type, app version, language settings, and general location based on IP address.
1.2.2 Usage data may include features used, time spent, pages or screens visited, clicks, subscription access events, restore-purchase events, crash logs, and other diagnostic data.
1.2.3 Cookies and similar technologies may include cookies, local storage, SDKs, and similar tools used to operate the Services, remember preferences, analyze usage, prevent fraud, and support advertising where permitted by law.
We use your information for the purposes described below and rely on the applicable legal bases where required by law.

3.2 App Store and Google Play. For VIP subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play, subscription status, order status, renewal, cancellation, refund, and related transaction information may be exchanged as needed to provide subscription benefits, restore purchases, resolve disputes, and comply with platform requirements.
3.3 Advertising partners. Where permitted by law, we may share limited, non-conversational data, such as device identifiers, browser type, and general analytics about website or app visits, for advertising measurement or personalization. We do not share the content of your conversations for marketing purposes.
3.4 Legal requirements and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of My Loverse, our users, or others.

Your personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. 6.4 Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent, opt out, or otherwise request deletion where applicable.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

The Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy in the App or on our website and updating the Last updated date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
